Responsibilities

Support all aspects of the product design process including PLM maintenance, sketching, materials, trims and color selection from concept through final approval.
Assist in preparing product meetings and creating presentation boards.
Perform data entry and manage receiving and sending packages.
Initiate tech pack creation with sketches and bill of materials.
Maintain and update development documentation in FLEX PLM and support the design team through the design and sourcing process, capturing all changes.
Create flat sketches for designed apparel styles.
Maintain awareness of seasonal trends.
Develop presentation materials for trend, color, and product assortment.
Develop seasonal color palettes.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design or Fine Arts.
Proficiency in PC operation, MS Office and Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator software.
Experience working in a PLM system.
Strong design and conceptual skills.
Understanding of target customer.
