What we're looking for:
We're seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Promotional Designer & Copywriter to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for concepting, designing, and writing high-converting digital advertisements across platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and display networks.
This is a hybrid creative plus performance role ideal for someone who understands both visual storytelling and persuasive copywriting, with a strong focus on driving conversions, engagement, and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Design High-Performing Ad Creatives (Static, motion, and video-first formats)
Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to each platform and audience
Develop full-funnel promotional campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting)
Collaborate with marketing, growth, and analytics teams to iterate on creative performance
Conduct A/B testing on headlines, visuals, hooks, and CTAs
Translate brand messaging into high-impact, direct-response creative assets
Stay current with platform trends (Meta formats, Google responsive ads, TikTok, etc.)
Optimize creatives based on performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR)
Create variations of ads for scaling and testing
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs
Our Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of experience in digital ad design and copywriting
Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting ads across multiple platforms
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.)
Experience writing direct-response copy (headlines, hooks, body copy, CTAs)
Understanding of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
Ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly
Experience with video-first content and short-form formats is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing environments
Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut)
Familiarity with AI tools for creative generation and testing
