Graphic / Web Designer

Cyprus or Remote Design and User Experience
We're growing our design team and looking for a multidisciplinary Designer who thrives at the intersection of craft and execution — someone who can create compelling visual assets and bring them to life on the web. This role covers two tracks: visual design — owning the look and feel of email campaigns, app store assets, Amazon storefronts, and brand materials across a portfolio of globally recognized music products — and web production — designing and independently building landing pages and web experiences in Webflow, Framer, or Tilda. If you love variety, care deeply about quality, and want your work to reach millions of musicians around the world — this is the role for you.
We are actively integrating AI and automation into all areas of the business and expect candidates with a mindset focused on improving efficiency and delivering a better user experience.
What is in it for you?
Real impact at scale.

Your designs will reach millions of musicians worldwide — across Ultimate Guitar, Audacity, Sheet Music Plus, Hal Leonard, and more. This isn't work that disappears into a drawer.
Ownership from day one.

You'll take full ownership of the web design direction — no waiting for approvals on every pixel. We trust our people to lead their track.
A team that moves fast.

Weekly sprints, cross-functional collaboration, and a culture of initiative mean you'll ship work constantly and see results quickly.
Room to grow.

You'll work alongside experienced designers with the freedom to introduce new tools, approaches, and ideas — and get credit for them.
Key Responsibilities

Designing visual assets and design systems supporting regular email sales campaigns, directly contributing to increased engagement metrics and revenue growth.
Creating visual assets for the Ultimate Guitar app store promotional content to drive product visibility and user acquisition.
Managing visual assets for Amazon marketplace initiatives and overseeing design agency deliverables for e-commerce experimentation and optimization.
Designing visual assets for Hal Leonard B2C and B2B marketing campaigns, including book cover design, strategically developed to drive sales performance.
Partnering with the Monetization teams to develop and implement a consistent visual design system across all product lines, ensuring brand cohesion and supporting revenue objectives.
Providing comprehensive design support for the company's internal and external initiatives, including online and offline events, branded merchandise, and other company projects.
Optimizing and evolving the design of the main Muse website.
Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in the design field
Independence and strong communication skills
Strong graphic design skills
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with generative AI tools
Proactive mindset
Basic animation skills
Good self-management skills
Additionally:
Experience in designing responsive websites (web + mobile)
Ideally, proven experience with no-code tools such as Webflow, Framer, or Tilda (any of these works)
