Program Operations Supervisor

The GEO Group is hiring in Vineland, NJ for a position responsible for the administration of program activities including selecting and training staff, monitoring program effectiveness, and overseeing operations in the absence of the Program Manager.
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field and two years of experience with a criminal justice population. Ideal candidates will have case management skills and knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy.
