We are looking for a Developer Visual Basic with a minimum of five years of experience in development, maintenance, or modernization of applications. This profile will be focused on working with existing solutions, legacy code, and continuous improvement of business systems.
The person must have experience using tools of Artificial Intelligence applied to code development, especially for analysis, documentation, refactoring, or productivity improvement.
Main Functions

Maintain, improve, and evolve applications developed in Visual Basic, VB.NET or VB6.

Analyze existing or legacy code to identify opportunities for optimization, documentation, or modernization.

Integrate applications with databases, internal systems, and existing business components.

Use AI tools to understand legacy code, generate documentation, support refactoring, and improve productivity.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Visual Basic, VB.NET or VB6.

Experience in maintenance and evolution of applications.

Ability to work with existing code or legacy systems.

Knowledge in SQL databases.

Experience using AI tools for software development.

Bilingual in English.

Location in Guadalajara or Bogotá.
