GENERAL SUMMARY
Supports the day-to-day execution of marketing projects across the organization, helping bring campaigns, materials, and events to life. This role works closely with internal teams, designers, vendors, and partners to coordinate projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing marketing requests, assisting with content creation, supporting email and social media efforts, coordinating events and promotions, and maintaining organized project tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities And Duties

Coordinate and manage marketing designs, requests and in-branch materials from start to finish, including copywriting, design collaboration, approvals, and final delivery

Serve as a liaison between internal teams, designers, compliance, and vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time

Proof and quality-check marketing materials across print, digital, email, and in-branch channels

Track and manage projects using internal systems, ensuring all deadlines, approvals, and details are documented

Assist with email marketing campaigns

Assist with maintaining and updating website content

Coordinate and schedule social media content, including employee features and campaign-related posts

Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and sponsorships, including logistics, vendor coordination, and communications

This position is based in a physical office and requires regular, dependable attendance

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Familiarity with marketing principles, channels, and best practices (social, digital, email, and print)

Experience with or working knowledge of design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar); video skills a plus

General understanding of banking products, services, and operations is helpful, but not required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Proficient to advanced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), especially Excel, with the ability to manage data, manage trackers, and stay highly organized. Clear written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and keep projects moving forward. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and find solutions as needs change

Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate across departments

Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required

2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role preferred (internships and relevant coursework count)

Experience with or exposure to content creation, copywriting, or campaign coordination

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content planning

Experience with design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) preferred

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; experience using project or content management systems is a plus
