About the Opportunity
Redegate USA is assisting our client in identifying a Strategic Marketing Planner to support pricing strategy, promotional planning, and e-commerce performance initiatives within a fast-paced automotive enthusiast environment.
This is a highly analytical role focused on pricing, promotions, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The successful candidate will leverage data to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer engagement.
This is not a traditional marketing role focused on campaign execution, social media, SEO, or paid advertising. Instead, the position is centered on understanding business performance, identifying opportunities, and making data-driven recommendations that impact revenue and margin.
Candidates with experience in pricing analytics, promotions, merchandising, category management, e-commerce analytics, or retail analytics are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze pricing, promotional, and e-commerce performance data
• Develop insights and recommendations to improve revenue and profitability
• Evaluate promotional effectiveness and identify growth opportunities
• Support pricing strategy and revenue optimization initiatives
• Monitor key business metrics and performance trends
• Utilize Google Analytics and reporting tools to generate actionable insights
• Partner with Product, Purchasing, Marketing, and Leadership teams
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Support promotional planning, forecasting, and business decision-making
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, promotions, merchandising, e-commerce analytics, or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience utilizing Google Analytics
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Wadsworth, Ohio
Preferred Qualifications
• Automotive aftermarket experience
• OEM or dealership experience
• Familiarity with European automotive brands including Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
• Category management experience
• Revenue optimization experience
• E-commerce analytics experience
