Responsibilities

Hire, onboard, train, manage and engage a team of frontline sales colleagues in the designated area.
Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within the territory, aligning goals and driving performance.
Lead weekly team meetings to monitor performance and conduct skill‑development sessions focused on prioritized topics.
Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory when needed.
Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly one‑on‑one debriefs to improve communication and identify training needs.
Ensure the team meets or exceeds activity standards (e.g., number of inspections per week) and other KPIs to reach sales targets.
Set an example for personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits.
Monitor progress against revenue objectives and share accountability with Operations for APITDA realization.
Track sales start rates through key relationships with Operational Leadership.
Act as steward of the RentokilTerminix business model, delivering company programs and initiatives with excellence at the branch level.
Coach and develop the team for effective growth, providing timely feedback and constructive improvement suggestions.
Organize and supply job‑related items for new hires.
Communicate team training needs to leadership for continuous improvement.
Drive unit sales and revenue growth by implementing, teaching, and enforcing company sales practices.
Maintain minimum sales activity requirements while working closely with sales colleagues in the field.
Ensure creative, methodically sound sales programs and proper use of sales materials and inventory.
Represent excellent management and maintain a professional image.
Key Performance Indicators: Customer NPS; Revenue growth; Cost control; Customer and colleague retention and engagement.
Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and regulatory documents.
Strong written communication skills for reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Effective presentation skills to answer questions from managers, clients, and the public.
Basic business mathematics and sales data analysis skills.
Capability to obtain required licenses or certificates as mandated by federal, state, or local agencies.
At least one year of Rentokil Terminix experience in the designated field (RTX).
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
Maintenance of necessary licenses and certifications in accordance with regulations.
Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions

Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition objects up to 20 lbs.
Frequent sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
Work in damp, dusty, confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways with occasional use of ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
Safe operation of a motor vehicle and maintenance of vehicle and equipment.
Use of personal protective equipment, including OSHA‑compliant respirators.
Detail‑oriented activities at close visual or arm’s reach.
Tolerance of varying environmental conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, rotating on‑call schedules, and extended hours during peak season (up to 50–60 hours per week).
