Global VP, IP Licensing & Monetization

Solutus Legal Search is seeking a Vice President of Licensing to lead the company's global patent licensing and IP monetization strategy. This role involves managing the complete patent licensing process and collaborating with IP litigation and portfolio leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor and 15+ years in intellectual property law, with a strong preference for experience in the semiconductor industry. Compensation for this role is targeted at an annual base salary of $400,000 to $450,000, plus equity and bonuses.
