Summary of the Role


Thomson Reuters Holdings Inc. is seeking a Director, Product Marketing to lead our product marketing efforts, driving successful product launches and market adoption through compelling messaging and strategic initiatives. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively position our products and engage with customers and partners. This role will focus on Thomson Reuters' Legal solutions that are driven by technology, AI, and legal content, and center on the Corporates market.


About The Role



  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for Thomson Reuters' offerings, encompassing competitor analysis, market segmentation, and value proposition definition.

  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners.

  • Craft compelling customer messaging that resonates with target audiences across the entire customer lifecycle, from awareness to retention.

  • Drive customer-facing projects, collaborating closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.

  • Develop and implement partner marketing programs to expand market reach and drive product adoption through strategic alliances.

  • Foster strong partnership development with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.

  • Create and maintain essential product documentation, including sales enablement materials, marketing collateral, and internal training resources.

  • Influence product roadmaps and strategic decisions through market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.

  • Identify opportunities for creative solutions to market challenges and customer pain points, differentiating Thomson Reuters in the competitive landscape.


About You



  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing or related field.

  • Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on competitor analysis, product launches, and customer lifecycle marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate strong value propositions for complex products.

  • Experience in partnership development and partner marketing.

  • Excellent coordination and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to build consensus and drive initiatives forward.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience in creating compelling customer messaging and documentation.

  • A track record of developing and implementing creative solutions to marketing challenges.

  • Experience in customer-facing projects and a deep understanding of customer needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Compensation


Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $158,100 USD – $293,500 USD. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $137,200 USD – $254,800 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
