We're now hiring a *high-level SEO Specialist* to take our clients' visibility to the next level. This isn't your average cookie-cutter SEO role. We're looking for someone who can *own strategy, deliver measurable results, and think creatively* to outperform the competition. *What You'll Be Responsible For* *Strategy & Execution* * Develop and implement *custom SEO strategies* for home service clients across multiple locations * Perform *keyword research*, competitor analysis, and create SEO roadmaps * Build out *30-60-90 SEO plans* for each new client *On-Page SEO* * Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and keyword placements * Ensure mobile responsiveness, speed performance, and technical SEO best practices * Assist with blog topic planning and SEO-driven content briefs *Off-Page SEO* * Build *local citations*, manual link-building, and niche-relevant backlinks * Identify *backlink opportunities* through research, outreach, and partnerships * Engage in *forum marketing* (Reddit, Quora, niche threads) to earn trust and visibility *Google My Business (GMB) Optimization* * Optimize and manage *multiple GMB accounts* per client when needed * Post updates, offers, and geo-tagged photos * Generate and monitor keyword-rich *client reviews*, answer FAQs, and improve map rankings *What We're Looking For* * *2+ years of SEO experience*, preferably working with local or home service businesses * Solid understanding of *Google's algorithm*, local SEO ranking factors, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, GMB tools, etc.) * Experience with *GMB strategy*, *backlink building*, and *multi-location SEO* * Proactive mindset — you're constantly looking for new tactics (ex: domain purchasing, Reddit marketing, niche directory hacks) * Strong communication skills (you'll collaborate with web dev, content, and client teams) * xmcpwfu Highly organized and responsive with deadlines and reporting *Nice-to-Haves* * Familiarity with HighLevel or CRM platforms * Understanding of schema markup and structured data * Experience with AI-assisted SEO tools * Worked with multi-GMB setups or "grey area" tactics (safely and smartly) *Why Fanntastic Media?* * Work with a passionate, fast-paced team helping real small businesses grow * Room to *innovate and try new SEO strategies* * Regular training, brainstorm sessions, and a collaborative marketing environment * Performance-based growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $8,500.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
