Join our Ads Platform team as a Product Manager for Ads Measurement & Reporting. You will help shape how advertisers understand the performance of their campaigns on Netflix.
Responsibilities

Partner with engineering teams to launch campaign reporting metrics that meet the needs of advertisers and agencies.
Translate users’ reporting needs into actionable technical requirements.
Prioritize the product roadmap, delivering near‑term product releases while framing a long‑term strategy.
Serve as an expert on campaign delivery metrics such as viewability, audience reach and frequency, and eCPM.
Collaborate across sales, solutions engineering, measurement analysts, ad operations, marketing, strategy, policy, legal, and external auditors to bring reporting products to market that meet MRC standards.
Drive the MRC accreditation process and roadmap; be the subject‑matter expert on MRC requirements and the technical changes needed for accreditation.
Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of launching and scaling platforms.
Experience launching and scaling advertising reporting products.
Deep understanding of digital advertising reporting and measurement needs; knowledge of CTV publishers is a plus.
Experience working on MRC accreditations or audit processes.
Strong collaboration with advertisers, agencies, measurement partners, ad tech partners, publisher sales, and measurement analyst teams.
Experience working with Engineering, Data Science, and other Product teams.
Compensation

Annual salary range: $310,000 – $545,000.
