Job Description
The Bellisario Media Center is seeking to fill wage payroll positions in the News Lab for reporting projects throughout the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 academic year. Undergraduate students who have passed course 260W are eligible to apply.
Responsibilities
Work individually and collaboratively with other members of the News Lab to address coverage gaps in Pennsylvania and across the state and nation.
Participate in weekly editorial meetings and conduct reportage.
Produce professional-quality reportage with the editorial team to meet deadlines.
Attend a series of trainings to support professional skills development.
Qualifications
Undergraduate student who has passed course 260W.
Motivated, organized, responsible, and creative.
Capable of working approximately 10 to 15 hours per week with flexible days and times, often evenings and weekends.
Benefits
