Overview
Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Sales Coordinator position. On-the-job training is provided for future Sales Consultant opportunities. We are looking for a goal‑oriented, empathetic, and curious person who wants to gain experience in an inspirational, growing industry and positively impact the lives of seniors. Recent college graduates and individuals with a background in hospitality, dining services, customer service, or financial services are welcomed.

In this role, you will assist the Sales & Marketing team with tasks such as planning and executing marketing events, communicating with prospects, scheduling visits/appointments for sales consultants, entering accurate contact/account information in Salesforce (CRM), completing timely reports, tracking and ordering sales and marketing collateral, helping develop outreach strategies, and conducting outreach visits.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred

Minimum of one year experience in sales, marketing, or a related field

Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills

Pay Range
$20.09 - $24.70 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
