Retail Media Account Manager – Target
We’re looking for a Retail Media Account Manager to support Roundel strategy and Target sponsored search campaign management. Experience with Target RMS and Pacvue is strongly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

Educate clients on Roundel capabilities, assist with RMS onboarding, and support overall retail media strategy and budget alignment

Manage Target sponsored product ad campaigns across multiple clients

Manage daily bid optimization, keyword research, campaign setup, and performance analysis

Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations based on client KPIs and business objectives

Stay up to date on retail media trends and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective

Cross-functional Strategy & Thought Leadership

Act as a subject matter expert for Retail Media by continually evolving KMG’s approach to best practices; vetting and partnering with new technology; managing planning and execution tools, and staying on top of emerging trends

Develop and drive forward multi-channel strategies and roadmaps aligned with growth goals

Proactively and creatively problem solve

We are creative, scrappy, decisive, and comfortable operating with pace and ambiguity

Desired Qualifications:

2–3+ years of retail media & sponsored search campaign management experience

Experience with Target RMS and Pacvue strongly preferred

Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest and visualize large data sets

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Like to have a ridiculous amount of fun

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

This team is positioned to be strategic partners and move our clients forward. These position's core mission is to accelerate the impact retail media has on enterprise marketing return. Our Retail Media team members have a unique ability to pair sharp analytics and operational rigor with brand-building instincts—comfortably navigating retail media, pricing/promo strategy, shopper marketing, and cross-functional execution to drive outsized, profitable growth for our vendors.
