Job Requirements
We are seeking a Handyman with strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and well-rounded trade knowledge. The position is a W‑2 role with payroll taxes handled by the company, providing flexibility with scheduling.

Candidate Qualifications

Proven experience as a Handyman or Craftsman

Home inspection or estimation experience is a strong plus

Ability to perform light electrical and plumbing work

Fluent in spoken and written English

Own a standard set of tools

Valid driver’s license

Strong problem‑solving and documentation skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Must pass a felony background check and drug screening

Able to lift up to 60 lbs

Comfortable working on ladders up to 16 ft
