Commercial Sales Coordinator – HVAC Products
Location: Syracuse / West Caldwell / Manhattan
This hybrid position works in the office 3 days a week and at home 2 days a week.
Pay: $20 per hour to $28 per hour.
Job Summary
Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, is seeking a dedicated Commercial Customer Service Representative to support Commercial Sales with order processing and project management duties.
Supply support to Commercial Sales and sales in general with processing, including all aspects of order entry (e.g., sending POs to manufacturers).
Work with manufacturers to ensure orders are placed and shipped on time.
Update sales and customers with order acknowledgments, POs, and other job‑related information.
Coordinate with all CE departments and manufacturers to ensure orders are correctly placed and billed.
Secure all paperwork for jobs over $50K to ensure documents can be supplied after job completion.
Enter orders and engage in order/project management for Commercial Sales.
Provide post‑sales support to internal and external customers.
Track shipments and logistics to customer job sites for commercial equipment sales.
Interface with other departments, manufacturers, and customers on outstanding orders to ensure accurate processing of open POs based on commercial project timelines.
Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous service.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience.
AA/AS degree with at least 2 years of experience preferred.
