About the role
We are looking for an experienced and multi‑talented fully onsite Senior Artist with the ability to conceive, create and be a key part of the team in creating innovative experiences via artistic visuals for AAA titles. Proven experience in generating a diverse range of styles, technical expertise with current‑gen technology and/or illustration skills are a benefit.
Responsibilities
At least 4+ years of experience in console development with at least 2 shipped titles.
Effective visual and verbal communication skills when directing internal or external teams or individuals.
Excellent resource management and judgement.
Comfortable liaising with and presenting to clients in an authoritative and professional manner.
Self‑motivated, friendly, gregarious with attention to detail and a passion for delivering the best possible game experience.
Excellent at managing deadlines and budgets, with excellent time management skills.
Experience developing and implementing solid art production pathways.
The ability to find creative solutions when troubleshooting and assessing risks.
A good understanding of cutting‑edge artistic techniques and tools and the ability to implement them into current practical practices.

Strong portfolio including realistic modeling and environment examples
