Position Classification: Hourly

Position Summary
Sets up audio equipment for events and monitors sound board during performances.

Responsibilities

Set up audio equipment including speakers, monitors, amplifiers, and microphones.

Operate sound board, run cables, provide monitor mixes, work with in‑house system or set up independent sound system.

Patch analog system, run audio from video and other inputs.

Report to production manager and/or stage manager.

Keep equipment organized and clean.

Help other departments on call when needed.

Qualifications
Familiar with standard audio equipment and Soundcraft sound boards; able to perform quick troubleshooting; able to work independently; lift heavy equipment and work well under pressure; previous experience a must.
