What You'll Do

Build and grow strong client relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and expansion

Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research

Lead client meetings, requirements sessions, and business reviews

Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless fulfilment

Develop and present proposals and commercial offerings

Manage pipeline, activities, and client interactions in CRM

Support contract negotiations, renewals, and account planning

Hit individual targets across revenue, account growth, and retention

What You Bring

3–4 years in business development, account management, or client‑facing sales within IT staffing, recruitment, or technology consulting

Proven track record of managing client relationships and generating growth

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Experience with CRM platforms (optional)

Ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally

Preferred

Background in an IT recruitment agency, staffing firm, or technology consulting business

Exposure to contract staffing, consulting, or managed services

Bachelor's degree in any field

Sales or account management certifications are a plus

Requirements
