Are you a strategic logistics leader who thrives on operational excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Director of 3PL Operations to oversee site performance, maximize profitability, and drive world‑class client satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you will champion P&L management, optimize staffing, and mentor a high‑performing team to success.

Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 per year. Shift: First. Work Hours: 8 AM – 4 PM. Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Direct site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at or above the client's standards.

Maximize profitability through superior client service, effective and prompt communications, and follow‑up on all pending matters with the client.

Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjust accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.

Manage revenue and expenses within budget constraints.

Train, develop, and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities.

Manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting, and monitoring expenses).

Other duties as assigned.
