2-4 years’ experience minimum required in a product development role (or similar).

Degree required for this role.

The Client Promo Footwear Developer is responsible for leading the end-to-end creation of elite athlete custom footwear, partnering across the Client Inc. / Client matrix to deliver product that meets exact performance, fit, and timing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Leading product from concept through athlete delivery

Manage custom development workflows tied to athlete timelines (Sample Requests, etc.)

Act as primary interface with overseas factories and partners
