As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling our products, and offering support and guidance. You’ll use your fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information, work on garment refill and care, contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, and collaborate closely with the rest of the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

A Day in the Life

Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, and supporting them with direct customer service.

Engage in conversations with customers to deliver excellent service.

Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.

Promote and sell our products effectively.

Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.

Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.

Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.

General Information
Fashion & Trend Awareness

Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scenes, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.

Share relevant information with customers using your product and fashion knowledge.

Team & Development

Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.

Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.

Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other.

Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes, trainings, and courses for your role and future development.

Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution

Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensuring good garment care.

Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.

Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.

Support garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines.

Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.

Maintain best practice for in‑store OMNI Services and in‑store tech services/tools (e.g., Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).

Support opening and closing of the store.

Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.

Qualifications

Passionate about fashion and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.

Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Have sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative setting that can be applied to this role.

Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.
