Territory Sales Representative (TSR)
Accountabilities
Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales goals.
Maintain advanced product and disease‑state expertise to deliver clinically focused messages to Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office staff; introduce new treatment options and address concerns.
Build understanding of territory market dynamics and market access opportunities to accelerate pull‑through through effective communication with HCPs and office staff.
Partner with the Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists to develop territory business plans and achieve sales goals.
Coordinate with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations to execute plans and share best practices.
Complete administrative responsibilities, including CRM use and expense reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
2+ years successful medical sales (e.g., dental, medical device, lab, diagnostics) or 1+ year pharmaceutical sales; GI specialty experience preferred.
Proven, consistent sales performance; experience launching new products.
Strong business acumen/analytical skills; leverages available resources (marketing, market access pull‑through, technology).
Relationship building with office staff; success in live and virtual interactions.
Fast‑paced environment capability; strong technical skills (Microsoft Office; Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; some overnight travel; possible national/regional/corporate travel.

Expected base salary range: $90,000–$140,000.
