ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Meet or exceed weekly sales goals for telephone solicitation, site inspections
Provide excellent, consistent, personal services to clients prior, during, and after each event
Personally greet on‑site contacts to assure all needs and last‑minute needs are met
Stay current with all market‑related publications to remain on top of industry trends and uncover potential leads
Submit weekly and monthly booking reports in a timely manner
Maintain all files with current trace dates, accurate histories, and all relevant information regarding booking activity
Promote a high‑quality company image by demonstrating professionalism to clients and colleagues
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, event planners, and corporate clients to drive repeat business
Create customized catering and event packages to meet client needs and ensure revenue targets are met

QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in catering/banquet sales or event planning in the hospitality industry.
Licenses or Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain an Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license and an Oklahoma Able Liquor License.
Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver within the casino and routinely lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds. Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours, bend, kneel, twist, stretch, and reach above the head; good dexterity in fingers.
Work Environment: Alcohol/drug‑free workplace. Work in a casino setting with second‑hand smoke, high noise level, and bright lights. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
