Territory Sales Representative (TSR)
Accountabilities
Drives sales performance to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise to effectively engage Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office staff with clinically focused messages.
Build understanding of territory market dynamics and market access opportunities to accelerate pull‑through.
Work with Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists (SAS) to develop territory business plans.
Partner with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations to drive execution and share best practices.
Complete administrative responsibilities including CRM usage and expense reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
2+ years successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or 1 year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI specialty experience preferred.
Proven and consistent track record of sales success.
Experience launching new products.
Demonstrated success leveraging resources (marketing, market access pull‑through, technology solutions).
Strong business acumen and analytical expertise.
Builds professional relationships in the customer network.
Demonstrated success in live and virtual interactions.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong technical skills; Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital meeting platforms (Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Some overnight travel and travel to national/regional/corporate office may be required.
