Field Sales Enablement Market Manager (Phoenix, AZ or surrounding area)

This role requires air travel and overnight stays – up to 75% of the time. Additionally, a valid driver's license and up to 4 days of weekly travel to ubreakifix stores and Forward Stocking Locations within your region using a reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) may be required.
What you will be doing

The Sales Market Manager is responsible for building and growing productive relationships across the Field Sales Channels to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and company initiatives.
Acting as a sales enabler, the Sales Market Manager will ramp a new product and drive the sales performance of ubreakifix stores and the Delivery Expert Setup channel through proactive email, zoom, and in‑person support across the country and within their geographic market.
Through the establishment of operational partnerships, support will include the development of revenue/sales strategies, field training of experts, leadership coaching, data interpretation, accountability conversations, and driving the excitement of a sales culture.
This position will also work in other internal cross‑functional areas to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the primary voice of Asurion for assigned markets with the ability to meet or exceed a diverse set of goals based on organizational objectives.
Build strong relationships with business partners and cement yourself as the go‑to resource by being a reliable and effective support partner.
Guide and impact behavioral change across the organization through influence.
Sales Enablement Strategy Execution: assess gaps in current sales process and develop effective growth strategies to accelerate Revenue and Connected Home performance.
Field Sales Training Support: serve as an Expert sales coach guiding practice sessions, role plays, observing customer interactions, and providing real‑time feedback.
Conduct side‑by‑side selling and on‑floor observations/ride‑along to develop product knowledge and confidence while cultivating sustainable sales behavior with technicians/experts.
Give difficult feedback to peers, senior leaders and front‑line employees when coaching.
Engage with top performers to isolate key best practices and document and codify such practices for adoption across all channels.
Read and interpret complex sales reporting to identify gaps and plan effective market sales tactics.
Provide daily readouts and ad‑hoc readouts as needed.
Lead discussions, team calls, and deliver content virtually.
Adhere to standard operating procedures for FSL/Store visits and T&E expectations.
Execute sales enablement visits: pre‑meeting leadership engagement; training sessions/Huddle observations; 1:1 on‑floor/ride‑along observations and coaching; side‑by‑side selling; leadership meeting recap/key takeaways/recommend actions; post‑visit performance monitoring with store/market leadership.
Generate excitement and engagement around sales for multiple teams across a large territory both virtually and in person.
Handle administrative tasks such as managing travel and expense reports timely and in alignment with company and team guidelines.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the team

Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in Major Appliance Sales, Field Services, Retail Technology, Sales, Account Management or related field.
Performance rating of exceeds or above, or current coach level role with a strong or above rating.
Ability to work successfully as a co‑located team with both Asurion and client employees.
Self‑starter who can work independently with little supervision.
Presentation skills to small and large groups across all levels.
Problem‑solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate others behind a common goal.
Collaborative team player.
Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Located in assigned market and able to travel regionally up to 50% of time, including air travel and overnight stays.
Current driver’s license in good standing.
Reliable personal transportation.
