Role Summary

Provides advanced technical expertise for integration, troubleshooting, and support of complex AV environments.
Responsibilities

Perform L3 troubleshooting for AV systems and integrations
Support video walls, studios, auditoriums, and command centers
Configure and integrate audio/video/control systems
Assist with performance optimization and upgrades
Support event and executive environments as needed
Key Skills

AV integration (DSP, control systems, video routing)
Streaming platforms (Vbrick, Teams, Zoom)
Network and AV interoperability troubleshooting
Digital signage (Appspace CMS, BrightSign players)
Video walls (Planar LED configuration & calibration)
Certifications (Preferred)

OEM certifications (Crestron, Extron, QSC)
