Customer Experience (CX) Team

at the new

Ari Bentonville . You’ll help deliver our mission to

“Create Exceptional Experiences, One Rider at a Time”

— not from behind a desk, but in the thick of the action, welcoming riders, guiding demos, supporting service, and making sure every guest leaves smiling (and maybe with a new bike).
What You’ll Do:

Welcome guests and riders like they’re part of the Ari family
Guide customers through questions, orders, demo bookings, and product recommendations
Help riders find and order the perfect Ari bike for them
Work alongside service techs and store leads to keep things running smoothly
Keep the Experience Center looking sharp, stocked, and rider-ready
Be a source of excitement for all things Ari and all things bikes
Who You Are:

You love helping people and making them feel welcome
You’re a great communicator—friendly, clear, and confident
You’re organized, dependable, and quick on your feet
You’re comfortable with tech, phones, and eager to learn new tools and systems
You’re excited about bikes and ready to share that stoke
