Role Overview Hiring a Technical Content Marketer to create credible multimedia content for the OT cybersecurity and industrial automation community. Works closely with Senior Product Marketing Manager. Requires experience in OT cybersecurity, OT system integration, controls engineering, industrial automation, or related technical environment. NYC preferred but remote considered.
What You\'ll Do Be internal voice-of-customer for Marketing
Turn technical ideas into white papers, videos, webinars, blogs, demos
Produce and edit multimedia from customer conversations, events, internal experts
Create and host helpful webinars
Shape thought leadership, messaging, narratives
Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, technical teams
Maintain high accuracy, clarity, visual polish, technical credibility
Use AI tools throughout content process (research, drafting, editing, video production, repurposing, QA)
Minimum Qualifications 3-6 years experience in OT cybersecurity, industrial automation, controls engineering, PLCs, SCADA, or related technical environments
0-3 years in marketing, content, product marketing, or related creative role
Strong work ethic, learning velocity, ambition to grow as technical marketing voice
Ability to explain complex OT security topics to technical
on-technical audiences
Strong technical writing ability
Motivation to use new AI tools
Exceptional attention to detail
