Senior Account Manager – Risk Strategies Private Equity Group
Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to key client groups by providing strategic and consultative guidance on collaborative initiatives, risk profile assessments, policy audits, proposals and renewals.
Participate in the retention of renewal business.
Interact with producers to prepare specifications, applications, underwriting data and related information for marketing insurance products.
Review current policies and provide recommendations regarding placement options.
Use coverage checklists and industry contacts to determine appropriate coverage and premiums.
Assist on document issuance, data entry, and coverage approvals for advertising, television, feature film, documentary and special event liability insurance programs.
Ensure clients have continuous and proper coverage and advise them of recommendations within agreed timelines.
Build and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external customers by meeting and exceeding expectations.
Leverage commercial entertainment insurance knowledge to actively service existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
Manage system records of service, marketing and policy communications with clients and carriers in AMS.
Nurture professional relationships through personal client meetings and consistent contact.
Qualifications

3-5 years of Commercial Lines client management experience.
Valid State P&C broker license.
College degree preferred.
Proficient in insurance agency management systems (AMS 360 and Work Smart).
Extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting, coverage, rate analysis and reporting.
