What We Need
Brady Corporation is looking for a data‑driven Organic Search Analyst to join our growing digital marketing team. This role works closely with the SEO Manager to identify opportunities to increase our SEO performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Create innovative ways to drive organic traffic and search visibility.
Conduct keyword research and maintain target lists with up‑to‑date volumes and competition.
Optimize on‑page SEO: develop landing page and content article ideas, perform keyword gap analysis to exploit whitespace opportunities, and optimize metadata and redirects.
Collaborate with technology teams to optimize site infrastructure for crawlers, including schema markup, JavaScript crawlability, and site speed/CSVs.
Work with cross‑functional partners (Site Merchandising, Engineering, UX, Design, and Product) to implement SEO best practices and leverage insights in planning and program development.
Oversee backlinks, ensuring maximum coverage, identifying new opportunities, and resolving unlinked mentions.
Tackle issues and incidents as they arise, perform ad‑hoc analysis, and help drive resolution.
Stay curious and up‑to‑date with SEO tactics and search engine guidelines.
Advocate for a seamless user experience for customers reaching us via search.
What You'll Need To Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field; or an associate’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
1+ year of search marketing experience.
Familiarity with web analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge, Ahrefs, etc.
Desire to learn and evolve with the ever‑changing SERP landscape (e.g., organic shopping features, AIO).
