As the Marketing & Digital Content Associate, you will report directly to the Chief of Staff and work closely with founders, engineers, and leadership across the organization. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, taking ownership, and helping build a brand from the ground up. You will contribute across content creation, social media, branding, communications, events, recruiting support, and special projects, helping communicate complex technology in a clear and compelling way as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Job Duties
- Create, manage, and publish content across social media and digital marketing channels
- Capture original photo and video content from engineering activities, testing, company events, and day‑to‑day operations
- Edit and produce short‑form video content optimized for digital platforms
- Design graphics, templates, presentations, and branded marketing materials
- Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to develop content ideas and storytelling strategies
- Support company announcements, recruiting initiatives, industry events, and communications efforts
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide basic reporting on content performance
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
- Assist with marketing campaigns, website updates, and other growth initiatives
- Support cross‑functional projects across marketing, operations, recruiting, and company growth efforts
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, media, or a related field
- Ability to independently capture, edit, and publish high‑quality photo and video content
- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment with evolving priorities
- Self‑starter who takes initiative and enjoys learning new skills
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem‑solving ability
- Genuine interest in space, engineering, science, or advanced technology
Preferred Experience
- Experience with video editing platforms and creative software tools
- Familiarity with graphic design and visual storytelling
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance tracking
- Experience supporting brand‑building, marketing campaigns, or company communications
- Exposure to startups, engineering organizations, aerospace, defense, or other technical industries
- Photography, videography, or multimedia production experience

Compensation
$70,000 – $85,000
