We're looking for a confident, creative, and energetic Area Director of Sales to lead our Chicago cluster — 4 Hilton hotels including 3 downtown properties and a Conference Center outside the city. This is an on-property role: you'll be visible and present at all four hotels every week, leading a great team that's ready to go.

What You'll Bring

  • A solid track record across all facets of hotel sales — Group, Business Transient, and Catering
  • Proven ability to lead both seasoned sales professionals and newer team members — developing everyone
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive results across multiple properties simultaneously
  • Hilton brand and Delphi experience preferred
  • Chicago market knowledge a plus, but great talent wins over zip code

What You'll Do

  • Set and drive revenue strategy across all four properties — group, BT, catering, and local
  • Lead, coach, and develop the full cluster sales team — from your tenured leaders to your up-and-comers
  • Partner with Revenue Management and Corporate Marketing to maximize performance
  • Build annual business plans, manage the S&M budget, and report results
  • Be present, be engaged, and be the strategic force behind a high-performing sales culture

What We Offer

  • A talented, collaborative team that's excited to be led well
  • Corporate Marketing and Revenue Management support — real backup
  • A robust Sales & Marketing budget
  • Competitive salary + performance bonus + full benefits
  • Career growth in a company that keeps expanding

If you're a sales leader who thrives in a multi-property environment, loves Chicago, and wants to be part of something great — we want to hear from you.

*The anticipated compensation range for the position is $165k- $185k per year. The salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience in the job and the required industry, education, etc.
