Job Title
Production & Editing: Works under the Marketing Director to create/modify digital images, graphics, and storyboards. Digitizes, edits, and mixes audio, video, and visual recordings (incorporating special effects, animation, and music libraries). Prepares raw footage into polished products that meet industry standards.
Technical Operations: Operates standard photography and motion picture equipment. Configures peripheral lighting, sound equipment, and determines optimal camera angles/shot sequencing. Identifies and prepares script breakdowns, shot lists, and special effects.
Coordination & Compliance: Reviews/edits photos, scripts, and media to ensure alignment with FSS communication themes, protocols, and policies. Researches subject matter and arranges specialized equipment for unique assignments.
Field Support: Attends community events and programs to provide active media coverage. Authorized to operate government vehicles (e.g., light trucks, sedans, golf carts) to support transport and field operations.
