Bringing bold, imaginative digital creativity to a growing team, the full-time Lead Motion Graphic Designer will lead digital design initiatives, create high-quality visual assets, and develop scalable design systems in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Lead and execute digital design initiatives, including UX/UI design for web and digital campaigns
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Design and produce motion graphics and visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and video platforms

Required qualifications

3+ years of professional experience as a graphic or digital designer
Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Advanced knowledge of Figma for UX/UI design and prototyping
Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Experience creating cohesive campaigns and scalable design systems across multiple channels
