Working remotely on a contract basis, the Performance Video Editor will collaborate with the Paid Social Creative Team to produce high-performing video ads while analyzing performance data and staying updated on social media trends.
Key responsibilities

Cut videos into high-performing ads in collaboration with the Paid Social Creative Team
Analyze day-to-day performance results and convert insights into creative iterations
Propose new video elements and styles to enhance content diversity and improve performance metrics

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in video editing
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with additional experience in After Effects preferred
Experience creating high-quality user-generated content, supported by a portfolio
Strong organizational and communication skills
