Social Media Specialist - Italian & Spanish

To support a leading automotive brand, the full-time salaried Social Media Specialist - Italian & Spanish will manage community engagement across social channels, create performance reports, and oversee team members, all while working fully remotely from the UK, Italy, or Spain.
Key responsibilities

Engage with consumers and manage community interactions on behalf of the brand across various social media platforms
Develop and deliver social media performance reports, including KPI analysis and recommendations
Oversee and train shift team members, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to brand standards

Required qualifications

Native level or fluent in Italian and Spanish, with strong English written and verbal skills
Proven experience in online customer support or social media moderation
Working knowledge of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
Experience in client-facing roles is advantageous
Creative ability to craft engaging copy that aligns with the client's brand voice
