Owning a portfolio of multifamily clients, the full-time Paid Media Account Manager will set strategy, manage budgets, configure tracking, analyze performance, and present results directly to clients in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Direct campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing account structure, audience targeting, and budget pacing
Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data reporting
Analyze campaign data weekly to provide strategic recommendations for budget shifts, audience tests, and creative direction
Required qualifications
1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Practical knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager for setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
Strong client communication skills with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism
Ability to analyze data and bring strategic recommendations to client discussions
Natural initiative to stay current with platform changes and proactively implement new ideas
