SEO and AI Search Strategist

To support a growing Digital Marketing team, the full-time remote SEO and AI Search Strategist will create, implement, and manage complex search strategies for B2B life sciences clients, focusing on both traditional SEO and AI-driven search optimization while engaging directly with clients to deliver insights and recommendations.
Key responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and AI search strategies aligned to client business goals
Perform website audits and execute on-page optimization, including content updates and internal linking strategies
Monitor and optimize client visibility in AI-generated answers across various platforms while delivering performance reports

Required qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in SEO, digital content strategy, or web optimization
Deep understanding of conversational AI tools and generative search features
Expert knowledge of semantic SEO tactics and structured data implementation
Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and enterprise SEO suites
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and content management systems
