Marketing Coordinator

Sletten Construction Company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This position involves supporting offices in the western United States with the Preconstruction Division from the Las Vegas office.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate to create proposals and presentations in the AEC industry based on the Requests for Proposals from clients.
Manage quality control process to ensure all proposal requirements and specifications are met and that edits are addressed.
Compose proposal content including project descriptions, resumes of key staff, and other information needed to appropriately and concisely respond to evaluation criteria.
Use creative tools and software to develop various marketing deliverables such as brochures, event flyers, advertisements, videos, and e-mail newsletters.
Manage small, fast-paced marketing projects
Maintain efficiency and quality results by using established templates; review marketing drafts for quality and accuracy.
Manage and maintain company qualifications and proposal-related content, such as resumes, project descriptions, photos, and licenses.
Minimum Qualifications:

Marketing or Graphic Design degree from accredited university or college.
2+ years of Experience in InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in graphic design and layout design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to shift priorities frequently.
Self-motivated, with ability to deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment
1+ years working in an AEC firm
Samples of work will be required as part of the interview process.
