Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr
An international specialist insurer is looking to bring on an AVP - Cyber, Tech, Media, Crime to join their team. This person will oversee a team of 5 complex specialists handling 3rd party cyber and tech E&O claims.
In this position, you will work closely with the VP in leading the cyber department, presenting reserve analysis and claims trends. You will interact with brokers, clients, underwriting, and actuarial to provide feedback and act as an escalation point.
The right candidate will have 10+ years of claims handling experience, 5+ years handling cyber and tech E&O, and 4+ years managing a team, preferably across multiple locations.
Strong coverage analysis, litigation management, and negotiation skills are required.
This role offers a great opportunity to lead a team and influence business decisions and leadership.
It follows a hybrid model - 2 days in office / 3 days remote, out of the following locations: Manhattan, NY + Hartford, CT + Atlanta, GA + Chicago, IL.
Salary up to $230k base + 10% bonus.
