Position Start Date: October 26, 2026
Salary: Based on CEA Master Agreement

Job Summary: Assist in the overall operation, provide leadership, and supervision with Chaska Hawks Dance Team.

Qualifications, Experience, and Duties

Knowledge in Jazz technique and choreography skills

Respectfully lead a group and be an excellent role model and leader for the athletes

Time management skills; need to plan practice agendas in order to balance practice time between strengthening, flexibility, technique training, and drilling dances

Respect/recognition of youth needs

Coaching license/certification recommended
ot required
