UX Interaction Designer

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the UX Interaction Designer will define and design product and service experiences by leveraging modern UX practices, including AI-assisted research and conversational interfaces, to create measurable business and customer value.
Key responsibilities

Define and frame high-value customer and business problems using qualitative and quantitative research
Design and deliver natural language query and chat-based interfaces, ensuring intuitive interaction models
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to translate abstract problems into clear design roadmaps and deliverables

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience in UX, product design, or related fields
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Technology and UX Strategy/Design
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into design workflows and understand human-AI interaction principles
Experience designing scalable solutions across complex, multi-product ecosystems
Strong understanding of design systems and ability to align interaction patterns with enterprise standards
