Detail-oriented and data-driven, the full-time remote Paid Search Marketing Analyst will manage and optimize client advertising campaigns, primarily focusing on Google Ads, while collaborating with internal teams to drive measurable results.
Key responsibilities
Execute and optimize paid search campaigns and conduct keyword research during onboarding and launch phases
Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve ROI and support monthly client reporting
Write and test ad copy, advise on landing page strategy, and maintain organization through project management tools
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on paid search
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, preferably in an agency setting
Google Ads Certification (Search required; Display preferred)
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console is a plus
