Security Systems Pro: Install, Configure & Maintain IP Video

We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and professional Security Technician to join our growing team in North Phoenix. In this mid-level role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing service of commercial security systems across a diverse portfolio of project types — including commercial facilities, educational institutions, municipal buildings, and multi-family residential communities. This is a hands‑on, field‑based position for a technician who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and service electronic security systems including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and intercom systems

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repair on installed systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction

Read and interpret architectural drawings, low‑voltage diagrams, and system specifications

Configure and program systems from relevant manufacturers including Honeywell, Avigilon, DSC, Brivo, Eagle Eye, and Hakimo

Collaborate with project managers and lead technicians to meet installation timelines and quality standards

Communicate professionally with clients on‑site, representing the company with integrity and a service‑first attitude

Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on site

Adhere to all applicable safety standards and company policies

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in the electronic security industry

Demonstrated proficiency with at least some of the following platforms: Honeywell, Avigilon, DSC, Brivo, Eagle Eye, Hakimo

Working knowledge of low‑voltage wiring, IP networking fundamentals, and security system architecture
