Overview:
Develops and coordinates lines of communication within a line of business among employees. Implements policies and programs to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees
Primary Responsibilities:
Works directly with business line management to develop, manage, implement, and evaluate internal communications, to include sales/service/operations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives.
ntify, prepare and implement plans for significant organizational announcements and respond to employee inquiries.
Manage divisional intranet, including content design.
Lead the evaluation and potential implementation of new communication delivery channels.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the *** brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory/ Managerial Responsibilities:
May serve as a team lead
