The Role GE Vernova is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand team at a pivotal moment in the company's growth. This is an opportunity to help shape and scale a newly launched global brand
not from the sidelines, but from the inside. You'll work across advertising, paid media, and brand sponsorships, partnering closely with internal teams and world-class agency partners to bring bold ideas to life. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has strong foundational experience (consulting or agency experience is a plus), thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to learn how modern, global brands are built
end to end. You'll be both strategic and hands-on, contributing to integrated campaigns that show up consistently across markets and channels, while learning how to operate at scale inside a growing, high-visibility company. This is a true "ground-floor" opportunity

What You'll Do
Support the development and execution of integrated global brand campaigns across advertising, media, and sponsorships
Help manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment across channels, markets, and partners
Partner closely with media and creative agencies to support planning, execution, and optimization across digital, social, and select traditional platforms
Coordinate cross-functionally with teams across the organization
Assist in tracking campaign performance, pulling insights, and helping translate results into learnings and optimizations
Support the planning and execution of signature brand moments and sponsorships that reinforce GE Vernova's leadership and purpose
What You Bring
25 years of professional experience in marketing and/or advertising.
Experience at an advertising agency or consulting firm is strongly preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns across all digital and non-traditional channels
Comfortable and energized working in fast-moving, evolving environments
Clear, confident communication skills
