Compensation
Year 1 on target earnings: about $100,000‑$120,000, with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Year 2 on target earnings: about $132,000‑$152,000, with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities

Selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO)

Cold‑calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments

Growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management

Performing virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects

Building strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries
