The firm works with a broad mix of regional businesses, investors and developers and offers genuine scope to shape your role. Remote applicants are welcome for the right level of experience.

The role
This position sits within a busy and collaborative property team and covers a wide range of commercial property work including

Commercial acquisitions and disposals

Lease negotiations for landlords and tenants

Portfolio management and refinancing work

Development and regeneration matters

There is flexibility in how the caseload is structured, with support available at all levels and a clear focus on quality over volume.

The ideal profile

Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property

Comfortable working independently and managing your own caseload

Interested in business development and building client relationships

Ambitious and keen to take on a visible role within the wider firm
